The Library
The Kenya-AIST Library is administratively under the Directorate of Academic Information Services and is designed to be the knowledge hub providing information and materials to support education, learning and research in the Institute. Aligned to the Kenya-AIST strategic objectives, the Directorate of Academic Information Services will support advanced research and education that will drive science, engineering, technology and innovations in the Institute.
The Digital Library System at Kenya-AIST is science and technology centered and which is designed to maximize the utilization of digital academic information resources. The Library portal system will enable various online services such as access to e-books, academic information, and useful online content. The System will allow users to enjoy a wide collection of materials/the information at their convenience.
Given the foregoing, the Library services are designed to be user friendly and to promote self-regulation.
