Ms. Eunice Wakofula is an Educationist with over 30 years of committed service in the education sector. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of Education in the State Department for Higher Education at the Ministry of Education and is a member of the Standing Committee on Government Scholarships Administration.

Over the years, she has offered exemplary leadership in the education sector, having served on the boards of Masinde Muliro University of Science & Technology and Multimedia University of Kenya. In these roles, she demonstrated unwavering dedication to the advancement of Higher Education Governance and Policy Implementation. In addition, she has served as the coordinator of the Inter-University Drama and Music Festivals.

At the international level, Ms. Wakofula has served as the President of the African Diplomatic Women in Brasilia as well as the secretary of the larger group of Ambassadresses in Brazil, where she played a vital role in fostering diplomatic cohesion and promoting Kenya’s interests.

She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Education Degree from Kenyatta University, and an Advanced Certificate of Portuguese Language from University of Brasilia- Brazil.
