The Kenya-AIST Council was honored to attend a high-level briefing with H.E. President William Ruto on 24th February 2026. The session p rovided a comprehensive status update on Kenya-AIST’s progress towards the award of charter and consequently full operationalization.
The delegation was led by Hon. William Kabogo Gitau, E.G.H., Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy, alongside Eng. John Kipchumba Tanui, CBS, Principal Secretary in the State Department for ICT and the Digital Economy.
